Agree it does not appear to be fainting (syncope). She appears to be conscious in that she could hold up her head. She is supported on her left by the woman, and she appears to be actively clutching the woman's hand and the post until she is pulled away from it by the man on her right. Completely unable to put one foot in front of the other, she was lobbed into the vehicle once her center of gravity was disturbed. Considered vertigo, but she didn't appear have deliberate leg movement.
Deplorable. Irredeemable. Get that woman a basket.
