The media is reporting this as an 'overheating' event. She isn't perspiring in this photo with what's his name. She is pale as a ghost. The lies continue. FWIW, it is my understanding that one of the warning signs that you are "Overheating" is that you are NOT or stop perspiring.

Heat exhaustion includes sweating, but heat stroke has absence of sweating with dry hot red complexion. Was she in the sun and heat long enough for heat stroke? Her pale powdery complexion doesn't seem to fit the symptoms of a heat related illness.
