MSNBC is extreme Spin Control on this. Ths did Show The Clip of Hillary collapsing, and then had some Dr immediately come on to say it’s perfectly normal

Did the MSNBC Dr say it would be normal for a patient with heat exhaustion to seek shade, remove excessive clothing & drink water? HRC did none of these things.
