Voting for Trump — but Not Saying So

Pollsters misread Brexit, and now the 'Shy Tory' effect may be in play in 2016 contest

As the presidential race emerges from Labor Day in a dead heat, there is one question that may matter above all others: Are there voters out there planning to pull the lever for Trump who just aren’t saying so?

If there are shy Trump voters, it may be the GOP nominee is actually leading the 2016 race for the White House.

There was a phenomenon during the first race of Barack Obama: Those polled said they would vote for the first black candidate, but not as many actually did. Are there now Trump voters out there who are doing the opposite — saying they won’t vote for him but actually will?

A number of political observers, including Trump’s campaign manager herself, believe Trump voters are not easy to identify. And now there is evidence to indicate that Republicans and Trump supporters are much more likely not to tell pollsters and others who they are supporting for the White House.

In a poll done specifically on the “shyness” issue, Rasmussen Reports found that 17 percent of likely Republican voters will not tell people who they are supporting. Only 10 percent of likely Democratic voters said the same thing.

There is evidence to indicate that Republicans and Trump supporters are much more likely not to tell pollsters and others who they are supporting for the White House.

I thought this is called the silent majority?

Just like in Brexit.

Although it looks like the Globalist/Establishment are going to attempt to steal the election for Hillary.

And I think conservatives are far less likely to answer the phone if it's an unknown number. Unknown pops up on my cell phone, and they either leave a message or they don't. I'm not answering. If they don't leave a message then I know they're probably not important.

No one dares admit it: No one wants to be called RACIST, have your car keyed or worse, house set on fire, vandalized or your family threatened. The Left has no one to blame but themselves...................

FINALLY

Someone decided to try to determine how far off the numbers might be.

This sounds about right in my opinion.

However, Trump right from the start told everyone the system was rigged. There will be very aggressive monitoring of voting precincts this time around. Besides, Hillary’s unlikability is very high, and that will hugely hurt her (her husband she isn’t!).

They are “shy” because they have been successfully demonized by the media as “racists”, etc.

In all probabilities, Trump already has an expert team to expose voter fraud, but we won’t hear about them...until we have to....

I’m not on the side of thinking people won’t say they’ll vote for Trump. I shout it from the roof tops, proudly.

I have a Trump/Pence sticker on my truck, up high on the sliding rear glass of the cab.

Just today, had 2 convos with other guys in trucks who were all in at a stop light.

He will destroy the Crooked bitch on November 8th.

The pollsters misread Brexit by 12 points! If they do that with Trump, Trump will win by about 10 points.

Passed a subaru on the PA turnpike with a hillary bumper sticker. I pulled alongside and honked. The 50-something lesbianish driver just stared straight ahead, a scowl on her face.

That tells me she’s gotten so many negative endorsements of her sticker that she non longer looks to see whether those honking support her choice or not.

Trump most likely will win in one of the biggest if not the biggest landslide in presidential politics!

I think MANY people on the Left hate Hillary Clinton because she's so opposite of her husband, who is still beloved by many. Some really do think years ago Bill Clinton should have divorced Hillary and let her be judged on her on merits.

When you’re repeatedly demonized for a simple, very regular, very normal political preference, for years and years, you go silent. And get stronger. And gain sympathizers.

And when we’ve won, we won’t forget those that demonized us. Nor will our leader.
