Wasn't Blagojevich given a lengthy prison sentence for this exact same thing?

So ‘pay to play’ are the words used in the email to name their system.
I’d like to see this email on a ‘Trump Card’.

Blagojevich made mistakes, and was made a fall guy. He threatened to talk or made some insinuations. I think he thought they would help him out instead they threw him under the bus. He’s lucky they didn’t permanently silence him.

Are we supposed to pretend this didn’t happen? Anyone else would be prosecuted. Amazing corruption and no one is taking action to stop these criminals.

Don’t get the code here. What are they talking about? What does “pay to play” mean?

Pay to Play can mean anything. It can mean, they pay to have a photo with Clinton or it can mean they pay to have a position downstream or influence. These people see nothing wrong here. They are blatantly open about it.

I’m not a lawyer, but there probably isn’t anything illegal about the DNC having a “pay to play” setup for political purposes, i.e., you contribute to get an autographed photo taken with a candidate. It would be a different matter if a public official like a Secretary of State were accepting payment to influence the performance of her official duties in some way.
