Hillary is the enemy. Everything else is static. Trump only needs to fight one battle. The base is behind Trump and so are independents. Let Pence deal with the GOPe and scum like Khan. Having a member of the establishment counter punch the establishment will be more effective anyway. They are baiting Trump and he has to be disciplined enough to ignore it.
