Benghazi was set up solely for the gun-running....and when attacked, she made the decision, evidently, NOT to send help. Dead Americans wouldn’t tell tales. It was only by the grace of God, and the brave former Navy Seals that went - AGAINST STAND DOWN orders to the compound over, what? , a mile away, to attempt protection.
The only reason ANYone escaped was because former Qaddafi soldiers helped get them out! Those survivors were immediately grabbed by us and sent to undisclosed locations, (some grievously wounded) and kept incommunicado for months and made to sign gag orders. Even our Congressmen and Senators were REFUSED access to them.
BTW, it was known that Quaddafi did not trust banks - i.e. knew of the corruption there - and kept all his gold in country. It was also known that he planned on going to the gold standard and had other African countries lined up to go with him - this would have thrown a big monkey wrench in the corrupt banking system.
So, WHO has questioned or tried to trace where his gold went?
