Megyn Kelly battled the National President of Black Lawyers for Justice and former New Black Panthers leader tonight over his controversial thoughts on recent police shootings. Kelly challenged Malik Shabazz for allegedly offering sympathetic words for a powhich he denied. He brought up Fer and they started clashing as Kelly insisted that he’s completely rejecting the facts of what happened. Shabazz told Kelly, “Your attitude is part of the problem.” He said that “white privilege” comes with the idea that “you believe that your lives are better than ours.” Kelly told him that by making such “insensitive statements… it’s hard to take you seriously.” They kept going back and forth and Kelly frustratedly said, “So there’s no reasoning with you.” he asked him if he thinks white people are intrinsically evil. I watched this interview last night. I though she did an excellent job up until the end of the interview. Shabaz was pressing her to say that “black lives matter.” All she had to do was to say “all lives matter.” But she brushed him off three times trying to end the interview. That ruined it for me.

In order to be fair and balanced they needed to have the Grand Wizard of the KKK on the show. If you are going to invite a black racist on the program, then you must have a White racist to counter.
He was really a jerk (putting it politely), maybe the biggest loudmouthed racist jerk I’ve ever seen on TV
Putting him ON was the mistake. This entire movement loves the attention. Remember how they freaked out that the Nice attack was robbing the spotlight?

it’s for Ratings man. That’s why besides the convention I haven’t watched fox for a year. It’s all just a show. It was funny that he asked for reparations at the end. And that he admitted to calling white people crackers LOL. I’ll give them reparations. Here is a quarter.

Yes. The end, where she thanked him for coming on her program, ruined it for me. If a white person had said such incendiary comments as this person did, the PC Police would already be at the front door.
This guy is a racist and has made many racist comments over the years. Someone needs to ask him where has been his concern with poor black people with what is happening in Chicago.
Let me know if that gets scheduled. I bet Obama would volunteer to represent Black Lives Matter. In that fantasy, it would be great if the KKK representative were to simply thank Obama for his help in the KKK cause against black people. Then drop the mic and walk off.
Obviously this spectacle would demonstrate how screwed up our country now is thanks to the leadership of this country. But it is an interesting event to contemplate.

Why did she never bring up to him that more black men are killed by other black men in our major cities than the cops have ever killed? Why did she not ask him his position on this slaughter, and what he planned to do about it.
He plans nothing because there is no money in it for him. He is a racist opportunist on the same order as Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. The latter two enriched themselves by shaking down corporations. This nut wants to accomplish his objectives by revolution and riots.
I’ve had my issues with Kelly over the past year, but she’s the best for interviews like this. She doesn’t lose her cool and goes back at the interviewee. I may need to go back and watch.

He was the leader of a hate group. Putting him on TV is a questionable move because we are so divided right now as a country and need to be hearing from people who have made good choices and have improved the world in some way.
I think we are all tired of the hate and baloney and just want to avoid irresponsible stupidity that costs people’s lives.
We don’t want to hear bad ideas from people who have already mucked things up, no matter what it might do for Megyn’s career...
Groups like New Black Panthers and leaders like Jackson and Sharpton are promoted by the powers that be to keep America divided.
Thomas Sowell has documented that Blacks were actually integrating decently into American society before the welfare state began.
I’d like to know how he got on Fox in the first place. The opposite would never get airtime during the RNC. Time like that is precious.
All valid points. I think she did a good job on calling out his past racist comments about white people. She even got him to call her part of "the problem."
I thought she did a good job of getting him to confirm that he is a racist.
