Barky, his minions, and their puppeteers all know that as long as there is public trust in local law enforcement, then it will be impossible to have Cloward-Piven go national.

Barky himself announced his plan to have his own paramilitary "police" force, and if they're divorced from the local population, and instead a federal force, it's far more likely that they'll be willing to the anti-American, unconstitutional acts that Barky and his minions order.

I'm convinced that this is the reason Barky and his minions take every opportunity to denigrate local police.
