During my career at State as an Information Processing Center Informanagement Specialist, on numerous different dates, a Top Secret document was transmitted from the Department of State to my diplomatic post. I was required to fully document the Top Secret document into a log that is ‘FOREVER’ kept at that mission (counsulate or embassy) as a record of that particular TS document, and who was allowed to see with their initials. When the document is destroyed by two-man integrity, that too is documented and reported back to Main State. The fact that the log book denotes reciept of said document makes it a matter of record, forever, and it is inspectable during certain inspections. The only people who see these documents are the person on duty at the Information Processing Center and the Ambassador or whoever is directed to read it in the presence of the IPC IMS. This was always serious business. Scrubbing the electronic record too was a matter of great reverance. What Hillary has done mocks the foundations of the rule of law for the country.

To round out your experience, watch 13 Hours if you haven’t already.

That should help you get an even clearer picture of what Hillary is.

And by the way, if Bill had access to it then he's in trouble too

Not unless Bill still has a security clearance.

Mere access to classified information isn't illegal, if you don't hold a security clearance. Once it is terminated, your obligations end, except in some circumstances you are still subject to pre-publication review (i.e. you write a book).

If Bill were to SEND that information to a foreign agent, then he may be prosecuted for espionage. But, it's a very high bar to meet, because it has to be balanced with the First Amendment.

I'm still waiting for an explanation of how the 900 FBI files ended up in Madam Benghazi's bedroom decades ago.

The real stench is the odor of the large pile of dead bodies that the Chi Com Triads have racked up on behalf of Hillary and Billy Goat.

"Parties are destructive to the regular deliberation and action of the constituted authorities,
Parties open the door to foreign influence and corruption,
thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another.
Parties serve to organize division,
will ruin public liberty,
stifles, control’s, represses,
foment occasional riots & insurrection,
kindle animosity of one part against another,
puts in the place of the delegated will of the nation the will of a party,
agitates the community with ill founded jealousies & false alarms,
works to undermine the Constitution which could not be directly overthrown,
serves to distract the public councils and enfeeble the public administration,
drives the spirit of revenge
leads to despotism.
Parties are truly your worst enemy."

~George Washington

The Book of Hillary is more bad news with every page turned. She's the very embodiment of the sum of all of Washington's warnings.

Perhaps the worst thing that Hillary brings with her is the immediate and latent damage she does to all who support her.

How much does one have to overlook, what sort of lies must one tell to self and to everyone else, in order to support her?

How badly does one have to want to win in order to sign on to all of that past, present and future Hillary karma?

I guess we'll find out. Whether indicted, convictied or otherwise, she's entitled to rule US, doncha know.

I start out with a very simple threshold - did HRC violate the federal records act?

You know, the act which makes FOIA requests possible...the one that requires her to save copies of all her correspondence when doing the people’s business...the one that requires her to surrender all this correspondence to the government, BEFORE she leaves office.

She took it all with her (pre-meditated and planned of course, as demonstrated by the private server), and only released the information back to the government, after judicial watch pried it from her dirty hands...and we have no idea if she gave it all back. (take note - a private legal group did the government’s job, and got these messages back in the possession of the people. Our crooked state dept just shrugged their shoulders when they received zero correspondence upon HRC’s leaving office).

Just last week, it was revealed that Huma turned in an email about HRC missing a phone call. This was not in HRC’s released emails. IOW, a glaring violation of the federal records act - and we’ll never know how many other instances there are, since she destroyed the ‘yoga and wedding’ emails.

This is all before we even talk about which emails were secret, etc.

I am with you. The more I think about this, the more sickening it is, for all the layers and players and levels of corruption involved, over a good several years, related to the State Dept tenure. It is also very discouraging that so many are eager to see Hillary as the POTUS, when there is so much info out there, about her history of manipulating people and circumstances, with absolute immunity, and for the results to really only benefit Hillary, her family, and her “inner circle”.

Didn’t Clinton effectively alter and clandestinely augment the structure of the State Dept’s already-in-place and otherwise secure computer network system in the first place? How would she have been authorized to act as an IT manager other than by her having assumed the role or illegally outsourcing the task? Were there any actual State Dept. IT managers that were made aware of her actions? Who are they? Comey needs to answer some questions.

Well....I am past feeling.

I foolishly thought justice would be down with Bill Clinton's impeachment. Obama’s eligibility was the last straw.
