First, take the entire sentence in context! I was not talking about Hillary or Obama. The part you REDACTED, was ‘American citizens’. DON’T GET IT TWISTED.
Second, IF, you have difficulty apprehending the term ‘in kind’, in the case of the reply to the posting, it means that American citizens would ‘do unto them, as they have already done to us’.
