Except for the thousands and thousands of "fathers" who impregnate women and then disappear. Think: Chicago, Detroit, Philly, DC, Los Angeles, Frisco, et al. What ever happened to holding those men accountable? I remember when this country used to garnish their wages for child support. More than ever, us tax payers pick up the bill, and those inner city children get NO "moral compass" because of those dead beat fathers.
