He did, he funded the primary. For the general he is expected to help raise money for the downstream candidates in return for being the Republican nominee.

He just finished fundraising events in TX and NV that raised almost $13 million for the RNC in the past two days.
He said today that if the RNC fails to get behind him and fund his campaign like they promised, he will go it alone.
