Gun registration has always been about power. The power of the government to decide who has guns and who doesn't, or the power of the people to decide if the government is legitimate or not, and act on it.

Registration has never been about crime or keeping citizens safe. It has always been about power.

“Important Symbol of Government Power”

As if that’s a good thing!

The same officer will tell you that this car makes him feel like a "real man".

“Recently Australia managed to get away, or take away, tens of thousands, millions, of handguns. In one year they were all gone. Can we do that? If we can’t, why can’t we?” an attendee at a New Hampshire campaign event asked Clinton.

“I think it would be worth considering doing it on the national level, if that could be arranged,” the White House hopeful replied, embracing not only a mandated national buyback program but getting rid of handguns in the United States.

Real men drive trucks, carry a come-along, straps and a chain saw. City guys keep those men on speed dial.

Corollary: A real man finds out how many friends he has when he buys a truck.

Liberalism is all about power, control, and obedience to liberals.

Liberalism, at its core, is about absolute power - the power to control and to harm others without consequence.

No wonder nobody likes Quebec, they doggedly stick by a ridiculous government program that even the rest of socialist Canada doesn’t want.

Hey, Buddy! You’ve got a tractor?! How far are you from North Florida? (Uhm, just curious...)

They are the people that don't ask him for help.

Haynes vs US (SCOTUS, 1968)

Convicted felons, parolees, and anyone who would otherwise be unable to legally purchase a firearm DO NOT have to register firearms. Registration and disarming is for the law abiding unwashed general public.

Well new friend my tractor and I are in North East Ohio.

Top speed for my tractor is about 10 miles an hour.

I think I could be in Florida by fall.

Why do you ask.

Well, I don’t have a come along or a chainsaw on my truck, but my drawers have about 1000 lbs on electrical tools and parts.

“They are the people that don’t ask him for help.”

I actually like helping people. But I like it better when the relationship is two-way. I generally tell people, my price is a home cooked meal.
