Probably. But I’m sure if anyone with a prior can be easily defeated in court based on history. If someone has a history of assault and they assault someone.... It is easy to prosecute.

I agree that this is in desperate need of a sting operation. Get names, contact numbers, and get it all on tape. Then send it out on the internet as wide as possible -— watch the cockroaches run when the light is turned on.

When Trump was (scheduled to ..) speak at UIC in Chicago earlier this year, I'd posted several messages here on FR that Social Media was being used to organize the protests and that advertisements were on CraigsList and BackPage offering to pay protesters who showed up to protest Trump.
The Teamsters, AFL/CIO, Chicago Teachers Union, BlackLivesMatter and other front organizations were collaborating together to disrupt the Trump/Chicago event.
It doesn't surprise me at all that here we have another CraigsList ad paying protesters to show up and cause trouble. What surprises me is that someone actually got a screen snapshot of it.
In the immediate aftermath of the Trump/Chicago riots these chuckleheads caused, all the Facebook/Twitter/CraigsList/Backpage stuff was cleaned-up and removed. Couldn't even find them in the internet archives. Someone knows how to cover their tracks.

I am still not sure that the leftist thugs were paid to do it. I am open and interested in hard evidence, but I don't consider a Craigslist ad enough evidence since anybody can just post crap on Craigslist for any reason.

I’m sure someone already said this, and we all know it, the media blames Trump for this violence...even though it’s against his supporters. It’s his fault. As if that wasn’t enough, he’s also being blamed for the violence at Hildebeast and Bern rallies.
