The Islamic State is urging jihadists in the United States and Europe to carry out terror attacks during what a group spokesman promised would be “the month of conquest and jihad.”
A U.S. government advisory warned that ISIS attacks, either directly sponsored or simply inspired by the group’s rhetoric, could be carried out during Islam’s month of Ramadan that begins June 5.
The threatened attacks were announced in an ISIS video made public May 21.

This seems like the earliest I remember it.

Next year, Ramadan will start eleven days earlier.
The muzzie calendar is a lunar, rather than a solar based calendar, so their year is 354 or 355 days. Compared to our calendar, the muzzies slide back about 10-11 days each year.
Since Muslims fast (no food or drink - not even water) from sunrise to sunset and the summer solstice is coming up, they will be very thirsty and hungry by about eight in the evening. So, be nice to them - bring them a beer and some brats.

No joke, in UC-Berkeleystan, MSA thugs have assaulted students especially Jewish-looking ones for daring to eat in the presence of fasting Muslims. Posters advise `students of all faiths’ to take their lunch in private in the interests of sensitivity.

ISIS is hoping to slow the attacks against them - Trump would respond by doubling or tripling down.
They’ve been threatening terror since before 9/11. It’s just another day.
If that’s what it takes to get people on board with the Muslim ban then maybe a couple of incidents are necessary.
