I love to cook salmon in the oven in foil like that! I like butter or a drizzle of olive oil on it. I have cooked rainbow trout that way too and it is delicious.

Yes, olive oil works great, too. Haven’t cooked trout but many years ago cooked some fish that we caught in a nearby lake.
