(CNN)The forces of Occupy Wall Street, splintered and faded in the aftermath of their 2011 demonstrations, are getting the band back together to boost Bernie Sanders ahead of next week's critical New York primary.
Nearly five years since Occupy was evicted from Zuccotti Park, blocks from the New York Stock Exchange in lower Manhattan, a coalition of organizers, labor leaders and progressive activists who lined up under the banner of "the 99 percent" are renewing their efforts in pursuit of a more traditional cause: Getting voters to the polls on April 19.

Off topic, but there were numerous reports of sexual assaults, thefts, other physical altercations at Occupy Wall Street. Those supposedly peace loving radicals have a strong anti social streak in them.........

I wouldn’t mind the commie handing Hillary her ass on a platter in the NY primary. It might take a ginormous platter. It would panic the donors Obama exhorted to fund Hillary and bring in more bucks for the commie.
If the elite see Hillary steadily becoming less viable, it will be a SHTF episode. Add the FBI details of her racketeering as the icing on the cake and Hillary may end up as a zombie candidate sooner than later.
I would love to see Bernie beat Hillary for the nomination. There’s no guarantee the pub nominee will win, and I would rather have a deranged socialist than a dangerous sociopath.
Saying that Occupy Wall Street rises up for Sanders is like saying that the Ku Klux Klan rises up for the democratic party. As well they should because the KKK was created by the Southern Democrats as their enforcers after the Civil War. What a surprise. History really does repeat itself.
I just hope they clean up after themselves when they've gotten it all out of their system.

Every leftist group has at least some small measure of a legitimate gripe; even ‘hood rats complaining about illegal searches by cops should have some support among the Constitutionalists here. The simple fact is that “American” firms have hollowed out the financial sector in the NYC metro area (either outsourcing work or importing foreigners here to do it); I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t be bothered by it.
I don’t see the Democrats loving the commie. I expect they’ll call up Biden in time for the convention and screw the commie. I’m hoping he goes independent and returns the favor to the Democrats by splitting the liberal vote.
I though Occupy was BLM now.
