It was a big deal when he opened his office in Harlem. But nobody said a word when he closed it. He originally wanted the top floor (maybe it was the top two floors) of a super-luxury skyscraper in midtown.
The cost was going to be so high that the OMB complained. Then Bubba said "OK, we're going to Harlem."
