These parents have incurred legal cost because of the idiocy of this judge.
Fine him into bankruptcy and order him to pay not only ALL of their legal bills but pay them for all of their time and aggravation.
Assess punitive damages against the judge for triple their actual losses and suspend him from the bench for life. Make an example of this judge in order that the rest of his ilk get the message!memo.

This is clearly and abuse of his position.
The D.A. should file charges, and this judge should spend time in prison.

Making an example of this judge requires boiling hot tar and a lot of chicken feathers.

Exactly, I hope these things happen. It’s worse than abuse, it’s just plain illegal. What the heck was this “judge” thinking, to do such a thing? The Hussein administration has set such a precedent of contempt of the law, and gotten away with it so well, that the effect is trickling down.

I really wonder when conservatives are gonna wise up to the fact that it is rather easy to BANKRUPT somebody like this. The left never misses a chance when we screw up, but we rarely reciprocate.

Missouri is a red state. We need to hold our people responsible for getting justice for this family.

I seriously doubt His Lordship R. Craig Carter will suffer any penalty for creating a court. I am sure he will be defended by the State’s Attorney General before a judge. Not a jury.
In fact, I would fully expect the Royals in the State legislature to institute such a court ASAP in order to preserve the State’s Supremacy over the children. .

There’s only one thing that will stop these Marxists from intimidating normal people: sue them into oblivion. I’d demand $100 million and settle for $70 million.

State laws no longer matter. A federal judge will probably seize the kids in question and turn them over to a nice gay couple.

The Left goes to court all the time.
I want to see the Right start to turn the legal system on it’s head, just like the Left does.
Let these people spend time in a federal penitentiary.
We’ll see a lot less of this stuff when that happens.
I’d also like to see a large legal firm take on the ACLU, and start to file frivolous lawsuit challenges on them.
When the ACLU gets government dollars, challenge the government over it. Demand equal representation.

Tossing this out there about taking kids, it’s about as unAmeircan as it gets IMO.
This goes beyond abuse into the realm of torture.

Judges have nearly absolute sovereign immunity.

Homeschoolers who are members of HSLDA pay dues and are represented free of charge if they run into legal issues, unless HSLDA has changed their system from that of a few years ago.

And state takeover of what's left of "normal", nuclear family, the ones they haven't managed to destroy. Especially Christian ones. Muslims and others homeschool also, but once again, who's being targeted?
Every policy which affects religious freedom, is argued as against Christianity, and of/when a policy goes into effect, it always, without exception of which I'm aware, is used to target Christians, even though other religions may be even more vehemently opposed to the policy du jour, such as Muslims being, literally, violently opposed to homosexuality (at least on paper, so to speak). It is Christians, and Christians alone, who are being pushed to the fringes through these policies. (There was that CEO for Mozilla who was fired, don't know if he was Christian, but he was high-profile, so he was never going to get a pass).
But there's not one doubt in my mind that all of this is meant to marginalise Christians and eventually present us in the public square as dangerous loons who are standing as obstacles in the way of the "progress" in society, as "exclusivist" (which Biblical Chriatianity is, though it's open to all who repent and accept the gift of salvation). We are in the way of this brave new world like no other group. If these people knew of and believed in Biblical prophecy, they'd know that they need not bother, the Blessed Hope is going to be taking us home and out of their way, to have their "man of the hour", the antichrist, to promise them "peace and security", global convergence of belief and the few dissenters dealt with. But then, if they believed that, they'd be Christians.
