My experience is that when a person tell me:
1. he is “smart, very smart”, he is not at all smart.
2. everyone else is a liar, he is the one who is the innate liar.
3. he does not need the counsel of other people because he is smarter than everyone else, he is a person with a IQ not that much above room temperature.

As Mr. T. would say, “T.Rump is a foo’!” and would probably add “An’ a liar too!”

Exactly. People who lightly and joyfully throw around ‘liar’ incessantly are the ones who lie the most and possess the least integrity.
