Why this guy in particular? where did he come from to begin with? I doubt that she just picked him out of a ‘phone book. Does she know this guy or his family or anything?

If he were just Joe Tecchie from the Phonebook, him setting up a server account for Clinton, that isn’t illegal. Her using it to circumvent Federal IT accountability *is* That’s on her, not on him.

So why the prosecutorial immunity needed? What am I missing here?

He was tech savvy and a NOBODY. They bought him and paid for his secrecy.

She paid him to hide her illegal activity.

There has to be a connection, Hillary wouldn’t know how to pick an IT guy and tell him what to do and where to install the server and all...

At some point she had to tell someone what she wanted done, and that’s when the conspiracy started. She would not have trusted just anyone with this task.

He was Clinton's personal IT guy during her failed 2008 nomination run.

The fact that she may have given him HER email account password once the server was up and running so he could continue to service and maintain it would make him culpable by law.

They may have told him if he cooperates they would dismiss that charge, which if prosecuted could result in a sentence of several years.
