Kasich takes credit for a lot of “miracles” that just ain’t so - the other day he was talking about the big fix on Social Security that he supposedly helped engineer back in the day - as Senator Moynihan famously pronounced during the 80’s “we have helped fix Social Security so that it will never be in trouble again” - except that here we are only thirty-some years later and already Social Security demands adjustments to keep from going broke - never isn’t such a long time after all....
Ohio Ping
I am mystified when he talks about fixing the economy, said Amy Hanauer, executive director of the left-leaning think tank, Policy Matters Ohio. Ohio added the smallest share of jobs out of the 38 states, including the District of Columbia, with job growth from 2007 to 2015. It is interesting to me that he has managed to portray the economy as being really good because it is not.
I’m surprised Obama hasn’t claimed credit for the price of gasoline going from $4 to $1.50.
Kasich’s economic miracle consists of NOT being Ted Strickland.
His record was abysmal by all historical standards.
Anyone would look like Reagan by comparison.
