President Obama's top spokesman on Friday condemned a recent string of violent incidents at Donald Trump rallies that have captured national attention.
"There is no excuse or justification for acts of violence against reporters who are covering a political event," White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters aboard Air Force One.
"The White House like many other people, including other Republicans, has been concerned about the invective and taunting that has been directed at journalists covering political events," he added.
“It’s totally inappropriate. It’s not consistent with the standards of political discourse that should be observed by anybody who is seeking the highest elected office in the greatest country in the world.”

Having Josh Earnest gone will be almost as refreshing as having the Obolas leave the White Mosque. The Trumps will have to pay particular attention to the fumigation and disinfecting of the Press Room. There will be an untold amount of rotting fecal matter remaining after the old admin. leaves.
Some big “Con-servatives” right here on FR were grieving over this right along with Obama.

And yet all the violence at Occupy gatherings or BLM gatherings brings nothing but crickets...
Oh shut up Obozo, you never said a word when the Black Lies Matter “activist” went and burned a church or store or whatever it was down. Or th one who punched a cop in the face. Or the many, many who have attacked conservatives.
But of course, 0bama would never condemn violence against Trump or his supporters.
I guess it doesn’t matter that Trump has received death threats, and has to hire his own security in order to make sure the job gets done right. It doesn’t matter that family dogs get shot and killed just for being there wagging their tails, but when someone with a bad history reaches for a potential president, he shouldn’t be protected?
I wonder if bams would be willing to give up his own security detail to send a good example of what that looks like?
If the White Hut doesn’t like it, they should stop sending in the militant operatives to sabotage Trump’s massive turnouts. Typical honeydew hypocrites, with both sides a-flappin. What a joke they are.
The very White House that brings in Black Lives Matter thugs. The same White House that brings in the Occupy Wall Street crowd. The same President who told his supporters to bring a gun to a political knife fight.
