For death—and here I mean not just the act of dying, but the absence of life—has so infused our culture that abortion has ceased to shock, even among conservatives.

This is the tragic truth.

The first life that anyone pro-life should unabashedly embrace, is the everlasting life of Jesus.

Yeah I am a nut about it. I woke up this morning and said to my cat “He is risen!” Meaning Jesus, not me or the cat.

Because that life is going to be what moves people to care about the other kinds of life He has created, in an ordinate manner. You can’t even make physical life an ultimate good, however, or you run into biblical absurdities. And this is an error entailed by some Catholic traditions as well as by some careless evangelicals.

Doesn’t shock anymore, but it does leave me mournful.

True article!

Those that “Love death” is a rebellion against God!

Proverbs 8:36b, “All those who hate me love death.”

the "death industry" has sanitized killing and made it clinical, thereby removing it, for the majority, from our world/daily life.

When you consciously process the reality of it, you cannot help to be horrified.
