Well thought and succinctly stated, however I would tend to quibble about the time frame you mentioned.

It is my firm belief that the destruction of our Republic as Constituted won’t take a few election cycles..

One only has to look at two disparate issues to see that we are on a precipice.

There is the Supreme court as you mentioned, that will only take one more Justice to tilt the balance of power.

The other issue is the open border.. one more election cycle that goes against liberty and the nation will be flooded with new citizens whose votes will swamp those on the right.

We will no longer be in control of our own destiny.

Supporting Trump will have the opposite effect to his acolytes intentions.

I agree with your entire post. This hit piece is way off the mark in every respect. Especially the part about how much fun this election is going to be.

In this flurry of anti Trump hit pieces there is a common argument being foisted; that Trump supporters are angry, bitter, vindictive, low IQ racists who are frustrated at the lack of opposition to Obama’s agenda, and they wrongly blaming the GOP, and now seek it’s utter destruction.

What I see is different: Yes, perhaps Trump supporters are angry with the GOP, but it is righteous anger, and anger isn’t the main ingredient. I think there is pride and excitement that Trump seems to have figured out how to counter liberals in both parties.

For decades, liberals have been successfully foisting a false narrative that equates all things conservative to selfishness, racism, bigotry, hate and xenophobia. Cutting a budget is throwing granny off the cliff, securing a border or voter ID is racism, saying “all lives matter” is racism. Winning and competition are dirty words in the PC world of “participation trophies”. Being pro-life is a war on women, capitalism is white privilege, those who carry guns and bibles are bitter clingers. The narrative is enforced by a strict politically-correct-speak that is being taught in our schools and universities and reinforced via the media and Hollywood.

Until Trump, nobody could counter this smothering layer of BS. Even outspoken conservatives like me have to watch what we say in public forums because there’s a 100% chance you’ll be misunderstood and it’s not worth it. Liberal politicians use the PC rules to their advantage, supposedly conservative politicians are so afraid of been seen as a racist, they speak and behave exactly like liberals.

I don’t quite know how Trump does it - it may be just brass balls - he breaks a politically correct taboo nearly every day, sometimes a couple times a day. They try to enforce the PC rules and he just blows them off, and takes his sledgehammer to another PC rule.

This PC narrative is a premiere tool of liberalism and Trump is singlehandedly destroying it! I love it. I am not angry, I’m excited and proud to be a Trump supporter.
