Seattle Parks and Recreation is facing a first-of-a-kind challenge to gender bathroom rules.
Last week, a man undressed in a women's locker room, citing a new state rule that allows people to choose a bathroom based on gender identity.
Around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 8, a man wearing board shorts entered the women's locker room at Evans Pool and took of his shirt, according to Seattle Parks and Recreation.
Women alerted staff, who told the man to leave, but he said "the law has changed and I have a right to be here."
As far as policy to protect everyone, Seattle Parks spokesman David Takami says they're still working on the issue. Right now, there's no specific protocol for how someone should demonstrate their gender in order to access a bathroom. Employees just rely on verbal identification or physical appearance, and this man offered neither.

What’s needed next is for the women who use the facilities that are forced to be exposed to men’s junk and to have their privacy violated to sue the city.
Yo, Bubba, the women have a right to privacy and the right to help that surgery along with well aimed kicks. Double kicks for their daughters in the dressing room.
That is a start. The ONLY WAY to fight this INSANE crap is to do what that guy did, but more guys need to do it - maybe 4 of them at once, and make some lip service about ‘feeling like a woman, today’, just for protection, as the cops will start getting called.
When governments start pretending things to be true that aren’t true, they unleash all sorts of problems. Here’s a few of those pretensions:
- Pretend that black people aren’t people.
- Pretend that Jewish people aren’t people.
- Pretend that pre-born people aren’t people.
- Pretend that homosexuality is normal.
The insanity eventually has to crash. Perhaps this is the start.

I think he just wants to reduce it from a criminal misdemeanor to a violation. Either way you'd have to pay a fine. With the misdemeanor you get a pink summons, which means if you don't answer it a warrant goes out for your arrest. Then if you're asked to show an ID by a cop, I'd show up and they'd arrest you. In other words, they won't go busting your door down over it. However, in the case of public urination and "open container" (of alcohol) tou can mail your $25.00 payment in. Any other pink summons offense and you must appear in court where a judge decides how much you should pay, or worse.
Don’t be surprised if your city has already passed it. It’s been done in the dark like evil usually is.
