Well is it a documented objective truth? Did Bush not sign the U.S.-Iraq Status of Forces Agreement? Did that agreement not set the time line for withdrawal of US combat forces? Nobody put a gun to Bush’s head.
Many government policies [in many departments and agencies] transitioned from Bush’s administration to Obama’s administration and were left in place regardless of real-time conditions, policies that should have and would have been changed. If it suited Obama to let things “die on the vine” and attributed it to Bush, all the better.
It’s Bush’s fault, huh?
