Cliven Bundy, the Nevada rancher who touched off one armed showdown with federal authorities and applauded another started in Oregon by his sons, was arrested late Wednesday at Portland International Airport and faces federal charges related to the 2014 standoff.
Bundy, 74, was booked into the downtown Multnomah County Jail at 10:54 pm.........

What happened to the four at the refuge? There was the live stream on YouTube, but now it’s just recorded from earlier.
The live stream was shut down about 1am eastern with the FBI promising to hold off and not take any aggressive action.
The threat of imminent attack or violence subsided.
I guess they decided to back down because the Bundy arrest was imminent in Portland which would have riled up the four people at the refuge even more.

Some may have said that, but the more likely correct statement is that the FBI can’t indict or bring an information. Sometimes arrest precedes indictment (little people), other times it follows indictment, if it happens at all (US royalty class).
They double escalated because they are afraid of Cliven Bundy with the assault at the refuge and his arrest.

Very few federal fugitives lead armies. But they get arrested sooner or later.
The only problem with that narrative is that it is NOT their land and NEVER was. These wingnuts invaded another state and seized Federal property. This is not land that was confiscated from private owners. Before you start spouting off in defense of armed anarchists try checking the facts first.
