It is not Cruz’s fault that some supporter misunderstands and would turn to Rubio instead.
My sense is that they don’t realize what is at stake.
We started this whole primary knowing that we needed to ditch the establishment. Now the establishment has us fighting each other over tax plans, ethanol purity tests, and ancient comments.
Who is most likely to kill the establishment if they get in power?
Trump and Cruz. I’m supporting either one of those who is winning. Right now that looks like Trump.
Why would I put a Rubio in power when all he’ll do is give me more of this sorry government that has us trillions in debt, the laughing stock of our enemies, and a moral/ethical cesspool of baby killing and unnatural behavior.

I agree. I’m not a fan of Cruz as of late, and he’s done more than a few things in office that I’m unhappy about, but I’ll still vote for him in the general, because he’s at least an order of magnitude better than everyone else in the field but Trump.
I was a big supporter of Cruz for many years up until TPA. Now he’s going real authenticity problems, IMO. “Principled conservatives” do not enable the most lawless POTUS in history as Cruz did on TPA.
Cruz was all GOPe up until the 2010 TEA revolution. Now that I review things it appears to me Cruz is a careerist looking out for himself and not us. That means on the big issues like trade & immigration he will be GOPe/big donor all the way.
