From Day One, Clinton was never assigned and never used a state.gov e-mail address like previous secretaries.

IOW, this was planned from day one as a means of controlling access to communications relating to official (or 'unofficial') business.
That adds premeditation and conspiracy to the other charges--she didn't make that choice nor implement it alone.
I see it as thousands of felonies, and of course Treason, which as I understand it has no Statute of Limitations or maybe that is a forever Statute of Limitations.
There is an UPSIDE to that possibility.
If she does I believe she'll be "damaged goods" beyond repair.
The public really has HAD ENOUGH of the Clintons.
All she could expect to receive is 30% of the die-hard Democrats to vote for her if she does gain the nomination.
She'll do as badly as Mondale did against Reagan.. only it will be Trump who decimates her politically.
Now poor Hillary did not get an assigned e-mail address? Blame it on the governments sysops? Buahahahahahahahaha!
