Lavoy Finecum lost his life. Any and all criminally responsible agents or police should be convicted and at least lose their careers and many years of their lives. If guilty and any among them want to avoid some punishment, first one to testify credibly against the rest gets a deal for reduced punishment. The rest get the max. The video shows that very clearly and it is consistent with the young woman’s testimony. Put aside LeVoy for a moment; the vehicle with three passengers was NO THREAT to any officers. WHY did they pummel it with gun fire and tear gas?? The young woman was not arrested, she was INNOCENT. Supposedly the FBI there were HRT. There was an innocent young woman being FIRED UPON! This is NOT the way to arrest non-resisting civilians — looks like as you said, there were to be no witnesses> Watch it, what else can a person legitimately conclude?? Their lives were saved only by the snowbanks . . .
