But look here, this video clearly shows he had a shoulder holster on left side (right where he was supposedly going for a gun on the video when he was shot), as well as as a hip holster on his right side:

Both as appropriate for a right-handed shooter.

Maybe. A lot of pistoleros carried guns in holsters on both sides of their bodies. That doesn9t mean they’re right or left handed.
Many competent gunmen were/are proficient with both hands, say, in case one arm is incapacitated by some back-shootng coward.
Left handed holsters can be hard to find. Maybe they were borrowed. Who knows?
His companions should know if he was left handed or not.
