Pork rinds are low carb. I can’t stand them but I have heard Walmart sells some that you cook in the micro wave somehow and they are supposed to be good.
Maybe a dip would make them better.
You can grind them up in a food processor and make “breading” out of them too.
Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of pork rinds, either...lol.
I’m going to try beef bacon, for the first time. Wondering how that will be. I’m kind of getting tired of turkey bacon.
