No grains, here. Haven’t really missed them, either.
I do need a good substitute for corn chips, though...for homemade dips and guacamole.
Pork rinds are low carb. I can’t stand them but I have heard Walmart sells some that you cook in the micro wave somehow and they are supposed to be good.
Maybe a dip would make them better.
Not sure if these will work for you. These particular ones are made in OR, so may not be available in your part of the country (I don’t know what their distribution is), but maybe something similar is.
I have not tried these before, but they are Juanita’s Tortilla Chips. They are gluten free and here’s the ingredients:
stoneground corn masa flour
trace of lime
vegetable oil (canola and/or soybean)
water
salt
15 chips are 170 calories: 9g fat, no cholesterol, 15g carbs, fiber 3g, protein 2g
