Proof: It was planned well in advance:

Google announced on Tuesday afternoon by Google, the FoxNews debate partner.

https://googleblog.blogspot.com/2016/01/republican-debate-presidential-politics.html

“Finally, three prominent YouTube creators Nabela Noor, Mark Watson, and Dulce Candy will join the moderators in the debate to ask the candidates a question on an issue that matters to them and their communities. Bringing new voices from YouTube to political debates is something we’ve been doing since the 2008 election, and it can lead to personal and powerful interactions between candidates and voters.”

These were planned Youtube questioners taped on approximately January 22.

Nabela Noor: Pro-Muslim anti Trump youtuber
Dulce Candy: Pro-amnesty https://twitter.com/dulcecandy/status/690614474923974656
Mark Watson: https://twitter.com/search?q=soldierknowbest%20trump&src=typd

Understand this:
1. Google and the tech titans are behind the push for unlimited HB-1 issues and
2. Google owns youtube and wants to drive traffic.

This is all about money on so many levels.
