I had an Italian nanny ( she was really an au pair, but my mother called her the nanny ) when my brother was really little and I was little too, who taught us how to make REAL Italian "gravy" and other Italian dishes.

I love spaghetti/pastas; all kinds of it. :-)

Oh hey what could one ravioli harm? :-)

Just saw your post about Italian cooking. Please please share some tips for red sauce! I do use sugar to cut acid and always wine.
