CNN)One person was killed as authorities arrested a group of people -- including Ammon Bundy -- involved with the armed occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, the FBI and Oregon State Police said.
The deceased individual, who has not been identified, was the subject of a federal probable cause arrest, officials said.

I strongly suspect that considering that the sheriff in Grant County where the meeting was set for tonight, Glenn Palmer, was sympathetic to the issues the Citizens for Constitutional Freedom had raised.
Four hundred people had gathered for the meeting in John Day, Oregon for the meeting they were headed to.
Palmer wanted a peaceful resolution including the release of the Hammond’s from jail.
G men have nothing to do anyway since Obama told them to lay off Hillary.

The Oregon Seige had no support and without support, no one is going to turn this into a civil war.

I'll wait for the facts as well, but there was only one killed out of seven, so it doesn't seem like some extrajudicial execution so far.
Murdering Lavoy Finicum might change that.
The FBI arrested Santilli this evening apparently when he was outside the hospital where the injured Ryan Bundy had been treated for what were reported as minor injuries.

I’m hearing one report that the FBI pulled Finicum out put him on his knees and he had his arms up and they shot him three times. Also that Ryan Bundy got shot and Ryan Payne. Pete Santilli got arrested.
Some Montana rapid response militia have arrived four miles from the refuge but have been stopped and detained by the FBI.
Supposedly there are kids out at the refuge.
Obviously most of this is unconfirmed.
I believe that he was a rancher from AZ.
So now they’ll probably criminally charge the protest “ringleaders” with the death of this individual.

Patriot groups like the Oath Keepers who didn’t support the Bundy groups tactics also said they wouldn’t allow another Ruby Ridge or Waco without acting. They have said the biggest failures of the militia movement in the 90’s was allowing those incidents without acting, and have vowed that they wouldn’t make the same mistake this time arounf if the government used violence. The Oath Keepers leadership have to act now if they want to remain a legitimate patriot group.

The Oath Keepers are a joke. All that is is a way for the the government to know who the first ones to put up against the wall if the SHTF.
I just think that this hasn’t reached critical mass or a tipping point yet. It will, it always does. So as the song says...”teach your children well”.
