Of course you do know that Cruz supports eminent domain also. Cruz does not support the use of eminent domain to take private property from one private party in order to give it to another private party - but then you know that. Cruz does support eminent domain as defined in the Constitution - to be taken with just compensation for PUBLIC USE. At this point, I'm not even sure Trump can spell Constitution...

Do you have a source for that? At any rate, this issue is way down on my list of priorities and well below trowing career GOP politicians out on their asses. Especially the ones owing their allegiance to goldman sachs and the CFG.
