In Rogers vs Bellei, natural-born citizenship can be REVOKED if the person failed to continuously live in the United States for a certain amount of years as a young person. YOU CANNOT REVOKE a status that didn't exist in the first place.

Yes, and the Supreme Court (1970) recognized that Congress had the right to define the term in Rogers v Bellei. Which they previously did.
Please recall that during the Obama birther fracas, there was a lot of noise and fury, but only fringe lawyers ever stood to declare he was ineligible if he was born in Kenya. The rest, including virtually every leading conservative lawyer, never endorsed the birther view (though some, like Trump's apparent "favorite expert" Lawrence the Leftist Tribe does now, where happy to through some doubt out there in order to screw with the other side).

Personally, I can't see our Founders believing that a man born in Canada to an American mother and a Cuban father and whose American parent voted in that country, lived in Canada for several years, and maintained that citizenship until 2014 could be considered a natural born citizen. A citizen, yes!...but...NOT a natural born citizen.
