That’s encouraging. However, will the Justice Department act on it ?

I find it hard to believe that Obama’s Justice Department would completely de-rail Hillary’s most certain nomination. They may hold it over head as a bargaining ploy, but even allowing the Justice Department to consider an investigation or press formal charges would doom the entire Democratic ticket.
You and me both. But even if they do, charges will probably be dropped for the good of the country to put it all behind us so that the country can heal. With the growing threat of terrorism we need to come together in unity (although diversity is our strength!) you know.
If the Attorney General of the United States declines to prosecute Hillary Clinton, it will be the biggest coverup in US history, to include Watergate.
I fart in the "source's" direction. There is nothing on this planet that could get me to believe that after I've seen their "right-winger homegrown terrorist" powerpoints. It has not been 'months'; it has been YEARS!
We can only hope!
Considering her voters are liberals, don’t bet the farm on that. They will call it persecution of an innocent WOMAN.
Charges are one thing, conviction is another. She will, of course, heroically beat the charges and be shown as a tremendous public servant just in time for the election.

I think the emerging plan might be to sink her ship and install Joe as the savior of the party. I don't think his recent statements about regretting to enter the race were random musings.
As much as we like to laugh at old Joe, he's very popular in dimocratic circles.
