Why does the 71st precinct want the spitting reported when they can’t do anything?
Here in Florida my relative, a young woman, argued with someone that punched her in the face 3 times. After the third punch the relative spit on the puncher’s face, then called the cops. Sure enough, the po po took the spitter to jail for “assault.”
