Isn't this the very definition of a "Bill of Attainder"?...
The Constitution of the United States, Article I, Section 9, paragraph 3 provides that: "No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law will be passed." Bill of Attainder Definition: A legislative act that singles out an individual or group for punishment without a trial.
It’s much worse than a bill of attainder. A BofA was actually debated and voted on in Parliament.
Taking away a constitutional right without due process should not make it past the first judge.
