How many drugs are used in suicides? How many vehicles have bene used in deaths? How many wanting to top themselves will use drugs, or another method if they cannot get a gun.

You could use the internet to find a private seller, not someone in the business of selling firearms, agree to a price and meet in person to exchange the firearm, if you lived in the same state.
Otherwise, I don't think you could do it legally.
I would guess that if somebody was clever enough they could sell a gun, cash & carry, through Craigslist and the buyer could walk away with it without anyone but the two of them being any wiser.
