"Anyone else and I’ll sit the election out."

At least do something to keep Hillary at bay for a short time, until she goes to a nursing home. Cross over temporarily to vote in a primary for crazy Nordic Pirate Party Sanders or something.

First of all look at the graphic. The first line Party Registration and underneath it says unregistered 40%. Now who are these 40 percent unregistered voters? As far as I am concerned the poll means nothing, besides a lot of dems voted for Ronald Reagan.

Simple math. Look how many place winning on top regardless of who or what they are winning with. That is the definition of a moderate.

And then they lose even when they win. Mitch. Bhoner. Ryan.

And of course they lose because in a 50/50 country, the Dems will vote for the lib with the D so the Lib R voters lose.

Romney. McCain.

How many times do I have to say it. Trump is no conservative. It’s why he’ll win if he gets the nomination. Plenty of support from the middle and the left.

Conservatives that are twitterpated with him are like the 19 year old kid that falls for a beautiful pole dancer and wants to marry her.

It will probably not survive much past the honeymoon.

Seriously, unless its either Trump or Cruz Hillary will be the next president.

Clearly there are others here who disagree, but I am certain voters will never elect another establishment me too candidate. Why would they?

So the way I look at it, I am doing everything I can to prevent her from winning.

“the settling of Syrian refugees”

I watched “American Sniper” again last night. I remember the liberal frenzy to libel him and what he did. Now, the younger brothers, nephews and children of the people he fought against are trying to come here. “Syrians” with fake passports.

The dizzying confetti of newsish trash coming out of NYC, DC, and Hollywood is trying to paint us the evildoers in Iraq. We weren’t. Or in Iran. We weren’t. On 9/11. We weren’t.

And 0bama and the Democrat & RINO accomplices want these “refugees” here.

The scenes in the movis that has the angry bunch of Iraqis coming toward Kyle and crew...and the one with the convergence of the enemy on the last position held before the sand storm-have people in them who have to be related to people who want to come here.

Why? To murder us. With 0bama’s agreement. After all, Kyle was killed: conveniently, too.

A number of long gun experts have been killed on 0bama’s watch.

THIS is the “national security goals that (0bama’s) set.”

BTW I’m also giving significantly to the Cruz campaign. I wonder how many of the crusaders here are doing the same.

"He had a GOP congress! Zilch progress was made."

In the contemporary political atmosphere, no progress is much better than progress. See the information in comment #20.

Keep whatever administration tied up with an opposing Congress, until we reach the end of the default process. Repudiations of debt would mean that they have no money for making trouble. Big layoffs, offices closed. No regulations (or regulatory enforcement), ladies and gentlemen, start your manufacturing engines again in freedom.

And no, they can't simply print the money they need. Big government spending requires money of real value. After repudiations of debt, the dollar would fall like a rock.

And if Cruz is the nominee, they all stay home, and the GOP loses again. That is the main reason I am backing Trump. Because I want to win, and am convinced Cruz has no path to victory.

Correct, and most FReepers don't get it because they think short term.

A Trump/Cruz ticket will get them both elected and Cruz takes over in 2020 when Trump goes back to building sky scrapers and golf courses..

I agree that independents are often disgruntled conservative/populists. Trump Cruz. Trump the populist who won’t let Cruz do more damage with his trade imigrtion visa positions. Cruz the Constitutionalist who won’t let Trump ignore the Constitution. What a winning team.

Not to start the birther argument but the Dems will use it to kill Cruz. I don’t care what U.S. Code someone posts on here. I like Cruz, I prefer Cruz, but he has an Achilles Heel whether some like it or not. If the media can get Obama elected ignoring the birther argument; they can get Cruz stopped focusing on the same argument.

You’re right. The Union Dems will stay home for Cruz. It’s not about nit picking Trump at this time; it’s about sticking it to the GOP. After what Ryan did, the GWB presidency, the Romney candidacy, idiot Jeb, how can someone nit pick Trump about being “not Conservative”? Really, who has been Conservative since Reagan or Coolidge? The elites hate Trump and that’s all that matters to me.

Can an argument be made that Trump is not a true conservative? Sure it can be made! I don’t care! Trump is a battle axe to be used to split the establishment. That’s why I’m voting Trump! When it comes to the issues I care about with Trump, I believe he will deliver 100%. Is he perfect? Not at all.

Except it’s not a 50-50 country.

Or, more exactly, it’s a 50-50 country if you accept the premise that a 53-47 white split is permanent.
