I’ve seen them at flea markets and gun shows. Surplus store might carry some. The vest shown is covered in MOLLE attachments. Look at cheaper than dirt, or charley’s surplus sales.

Found a couple of Youtube videos that describe the MOLLE system attachment options. I can even print the MOLLE Bars on my 3D printer. :-D
