How do you get scurvy? If you just eat a normal diet it will be almost impossible to get scurvy. There are also 100s of food items that add Vitamin C either as a gimmick or as a preservative.
Ignorance.
England is allowing itself to be flooded with ignorant immigrants.
Also most of these disease do not have vaccines for them, or they are not recommended as part of a routine vaccination schedule. The real reason is unchecked immigration. We use to house sick immigrants in isolation until they were disease free, or if they had TB we would send them back.

If the filthy, disgusting "migrants" come in sans vaccinations, the English population, IF they were all vaccinated, wouldn't catch and spread the diseases.
OTOH, scurvy and cholera have to do with lack of vitamin C for the former and disgusting bathroom habits for the later.

Drug addicts
Non vaccinators is used to describe endemic british who are just fine, not the immigrants coming with diseases nobody there has much experience or immunity builup against. Two difeferent groups. Nonvaccine british are not the cause.
They are for Whopping cough spreading like wildfire.
Alcoholics get scurvy. Especially homeless alcoholics. I suspect a lot of drug addicts are also vulnerable.
Most prefer to live on the street since shelters have rules agains drugs and alcohol.
