The GOPe was attacking Ted Cruz and doing whatever they could to undermine him long before Donald Trump appeared on the scene. The world did not start with Donald Trump.
The GOPe knows as well as the rest of us do, Cruz is going nowhere fast.
Is that why Rubio, Rubio PAC’s and PAC’s run by Karl Rove have been running anti-Cruz ads for the last 3 weeks and The Wall Street Journal has been running attack editorials and open eds against Ted Cruz for the last 2 weeks at least? They would not waste attack ads on someone who is "going nowhere fast".
They have no reason to fear or hate him.
Chuckle! You are going to have to read some of the stuff from Jennifer Rubin at WAPO, Salon, and virtually every left wing mag out there about Cruz. They fear and hate him alright.
