Is it just me, or are the Cruz supporters on FR, some of the most obnoxious and angry people on here? Amazing that many of his supporters embody so many of the qualities of the left’s supporters.

They’re not as bad as the Perrybots from 2012 who flooded FR with homeoerotic photos of their man a-hoeing and a-raking and lookin’ lovingly into the eyes of a stallion. And those people worked endlessly to get anti-Perrys banned. By that light, I’d say they’re not too bad. They really hate Trump, though. They just don’t seem to hate their fellow freepers...yet.

Not just you, we have noticed a lot of them, knowing his past history since he has been a ‘politician’ are afraid he’s going to lose, which he is because he has flipped flopped on so many things now, I can’t keep up with him...
It’s ok for the ‘libs’ and ‘politicians’ to change their minds, or have affairs, or steal money, or be caught in ‘cat houses’ but heaven forbid if a Republican does that, why it’s the end of the world...

For a very long time, earlier this year, my tagline line was
“IS Ted Cruz himself as mean spirited as his ‘click it or ticket’ contingent here on FR?’
so, history shows you’re not alone in experiencing their mean spiritedness.
Once I asked a question about Cruz.
The answer, designed to entice my support? “Get the Hell out of the way, we don’t have time to waste on the likes of you!”
Yes. his supporters here have glided tongues.

It's not just you as I notice the same. The sad thing is that most Trump supporters have Cruz as their second choice. I'm certainly one of them. But I believe Trump has a better chance in the general election, which is why I'm hoping he prevails. Cruz is just 44 and will have additional chances and hopefully broader support at a later time. We hard core conservatives will crawl through broken glass to vote for Cruz if he is nominee, but most of the others, who would otherwise support Trump, will gravitate to the Democrats or not vote at all. There is something about Cruz that turns a lot of moderates and women off. Hopefully he can fix that image in the coming years.

I really like Cruz and even sent him donations but because of the way Cruz supporters act on FR I stopped sending them and am not even sure I want Cruz as VP any longer.
They are not helping their candidate and refuse to see it.
