It has been know that she is a very heavy drinker since Bill was nailing the typing pool in Little Rock
First, she’s one of those people who probably went through a lot of marijuana in college and the 1970s. Then you toss on the fair amount of alcohol that she consumed over the past thirty years. She’s burned through brain-cells and doing the best she can with limited mental function. She needs words put into her head...because she can’t really think in the broad sense anymore. Whoever she picks for VP...may have a bigger job than they think.
i think more another type of dementia - not sure Alzheimer’s causes outbursts of inappropriate laughter (like during her Benghazi testimony, and when being interviewed and asked serious questions she burst into prolonged laughter- maybe Alzheimer’s does this too- I dunno
